Zero Interest Home Repair Loan Application

The 0% Interest Home Repair Loan Program launched in April 2015 offers 10-year, interest-free loans from $5,000 to $25,000 to help Detroit homeowners invest in and repair their homes – promoting public health and safety, increasing property values and helping residents secure and maintain homeowner’s insurance.

Homebuyers Education

Understanding that homeownership is not a goal for everyone, having the knowledge and ability to buy creates financial strength. This class is required by most lenders and financial institutions that are assisting future homeowners with down payment assistance programs and opportunities. Anyone seeking more knowledge about the homeownership process is encouraged to take this class.

With up to $25,000, MIHAF - the Michigan Homeowner Assistance Fund - is for homeowners with financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It can help pay delinquent:
